I'm looking for an expert with experience in designing and rendering architectural drawings for secondary homes. The home should be between 500 and 1000 square feet. Essential features include separate living area and bedroom. Ideal freelancer would have: - Extensive experience in architectural design and drafting. - Knowledge of small home design. - Ability to adhere to specific space and layout requirements. - Portfolio demonstrating similar projects. Deliverables should include comprehensive drawings detailing all aspects of the home, geared towards ease of construction. A model or 3D rendering would be a huge plus.
