I need a Japanese business lawyer

I have a Japanese marriage license. I also recently registered a bicycle shop in Okinawa, Japan. The problem is that I want to sell used/abandoned bicycles that I collect from American bases on Okinawa. I fix them and I am encountering a lot of technical issues involving permission to sell them.
