XPath control in .Net - open to bidding

We need a professional scrapy developer ([url removed, login to view]) who can provide us with C# code that will generate XPath (similar to what FireFox addon “FirePath” does) which is always going to be correct when running it through scrapy. The XPath should be generated using user’s mouse input on Chromium web browser control as follows below:
TASKS
Create .NET C# User Control (4.5 framework)
Create Chromium browser control, dock it to fill 100% space
On Mouse hover over HTML element, color the HTML element, on mouse leave return back the color to original element color:
On Mouse click event, select and color the HTML element, when clicked again, deselect the element
On HTML element selection, control should output 100% scrapy compatible XPath each time which is the main goal of the control.
Additionally, control should provide user with two types of selection modes: Select only one element in which case user control should output one XPath, and multiple selection, where it outputs multiple XPaths.
