4K Aerial Drone Footage of Perth city skyline - Western Australia

I need about 5 seconds of 4k footage of the Perth city skyline. It needs to be shot at 25fps at 4k on at least a DJI Phantom 3 Pro, Phantom 4 or Inspire is preferred. I also need one shot of a road bridge with cars travelling on it. 10 seconds in total. Its for a low budget corporate video for internal use. The shots both need to have some movement tracking forwards but not too fast. I need a shot taken from an angle like the one in the image attached.
