I require an experienced developer to create an application using .net MAUI that functions on both Android and iOS platforms. The app needs to include features such as:
- Activation of notifications
- Login using either pin or the phone fingerprint
- GPS sensor capability
Skills and Experience:

- Familiarity with implementing notification features
- Experience in incorporating GPS sensor technology
- Knowledge to build solid security features using pin or fingerprint identification

I need an App written in .net MAUI that works on andorid and apple mobile.
It must have a form with the parameters that are activation of notifications, login with pin or fingerprint of the phone and the GPS sensor.
License input which is an obfuscated serialized xml within which there are the necessary parameters.
A webview form in which to view the web portal, when I log in to the app the system must send lat and lon of the gps through a rest call.
Push notification like telegram has to work, but we want to use an open source service like this:
