Fix Stop Error: Analyze Windows Server 2003 Crash Dump files and solve SQL / Server Backup problem

I need an EXPERT who knows how to read details from windows server 2003 .dmp files and help me fix a stop error. my server keeps rebooting every day, sometimes twice a day.

I'm not looking for someone to simply use the standard debugging tools. I've already done this. There is information in the 5 debug files that I have, which is difficult to interpret.

Either Acronis Server backup or Windows Backup are usually running when the crash occurs, however they use Volume Shadow Copy, so I don't understand why this could be a problem. I'm 90% sure it has something to do with the SQL Server and Volume Shadow Copy.

However the debug files say "device or driver error".

Do not bid on this project unless you have proof that you are an expert in this domain. This is a serious problem that needs expert help.
