I am an International Development and English - French Translation Professional with over 6 years of working experience in the field. English is my mother-tongue and I studied my Bachelor’s degree in French language.
I have worked as project and grant executive. Currently, I am the Subawards Manager at an International Development Organization based in Chicago, USA, where my work consists of drafting, translating, and editing subaward contract documents and other working documents for the organization. I also double as English – French Interpreter at the Marjorie Kovler Center for Victims of Torture, as well as an online translator for United Nations Subsidiary organizations worldwide, translating, proof-reading and interpreting UN policy and project manual documents, and case studies. My areas of focus include: project documents, internet, software, and website contents; economics and law documents; as well as general internal policy manuals.
