Total 6 year's experience as a Draughtsman Mechanical in drafting & detailing of process equipment (pressure vessel, heat Exchanger & Storage tank etc.) manufacturing and oil & gas engineering industry.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Preparation of fabrication detail drawing of pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Column, Storage Tank etc. In accordance with data sheet, Client Specification and relevant Code.
• Coordinating with design Engineers & Design Head for the preparation of drawings.
• Review the client comments and incorporate the same in drawing.
• Prepare fabrication detail drawing of piping spools.
• Checking all third party drawings.
• Prepare the Material requirement of the plates, flanges, Pipes, fittings, Gasket, Bolt & Nuts, and Structural/ Support of Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Column & Tanks etc. for Procurement.
• Prepare detail sketches of different parts of Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Column & Tanks etc. to facilitate for vendor.
• Prepare CNC plasma & oxy gas plate cutting program on Columbus software.
• Prepare development drawing and Plate cutting layout for shop.
• Prepare piping isometric as per piping plan & prepare detail of piping support.
• Ability to read P&ID’s, PFD’s, Plot plan, Equipment General Arrangement plan.
• Prepare as-built drawing as per final dimension report received from Q.C./Production.
• Familiar with international codes.
