• Measure the sales and after-sales customer satisfaction index for each of the company’s brands according to different aspects. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer satisfaction problems and try to resolve them. • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys and questionnaires. • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, Access and SPSS. • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports in PowerPoint formats in a manner that maximizes understanding, credibility and use for management. • Determine the company’s position in the marketplace by calculating its market share and comparing it with its competitors. • Assist with the management of market research projects. • Monitoring any news on the company’s brands or its competitors to be fully aware of the company’s and the competitors’ image to the public. • Prepare, develop and analyze daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and presentations on Key Performance Indicators and other key statistical data on the company’s Call Center that will be presented to various management groups. • Monitoring and analyzing daily number of inbound calls received by the company’s Call Center for each of its brands, as well as daily service level, abandon rates, received VS. forecasted number of calls. • Measuring the impact of each of the company’s Advertisements or marketing programs on the number of Sales calls we receive in the Call center per brand.
