A 'C' library which handles file/directory IOs to Amazon S3

A library wrapping Amazon S3 communication protocol.

Required functions

- file open/close

- getattr

- block read/write

- mkdir/rmdir/readdir

- unlink/rename

- mknod

- truncate

- lock/unlock (file/dir) if possible

- utimens

* should be coded in 'C'

* expat should be used for XML parsing

* should be compiled with GCC on linux or mingw-based Windows platform.

* should be compiled in 64-bit platform

* should support HTTP/HTTPS
