Banking Interface in the UK

We have a web based service that allows people to lend/borrow money. The logic of the site is in place but we now need the ability for users to move money to and from their bank account/credit card/ paypal accounts, either by a one time action or by direct debit.

This is a UK based service and so will need to work with all debit and credit methods that make sense in the UK.

Please give an idea of what interfaces you would use
