convert ASP forms to using AJAX

We are looking to convert our online form using classic asp to using AJAX.
Our form can be seen at: [login to view URL]
username : navkaraoke
pass : Karaoke123
the date input will need be replaced with jquery tools:

and the time input will be similar to the attached image: [login to view URL]
the time input will be done similar to the date, using jquery popup.
the room type field will need to be moved before the time input. So user need to select the room first, and next, when they click the time input, the time popup will show.
