Program will keep track of inventory and keep a record of writing instruments and other items related to writing instruments.
It must enable the user to type in information and be prompted. It has to be easy and pleasant to use for someone who is a complete "idiot".
Must be written to place on server and used through browsers. Log in and password protected for users.
They must be able to log in and click on any portion of their collection and automatically sell it on ebay. The customer should also have option to choose any part of collection to automatically appear on a personal website section.
Personal website for selling on ebay and taking pay pal and visa master card too! Manually or automatic card transaction.
Personal private database
The customer should have option of deciding what should be shown on personal website section and what should be for sale.

This is the basic idea for the software. I will want to add more but for now I want to see if this can be done.
This program will have to load and install automatically on our server. Must be easy to install.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
