Advice on Video

I need advice on working with video. I need some video of a certain foreign language for a class. I found a news station which promised to allow me to "download" videos for a fee, but allas, it only streams in Windows Media Player, right click is disabled. Therefore, I can't save the video file. The agreement upon purchase clearly stated that I could "Download" (it even says Download and view later) so I am not doing anything illegal or unethical.
