Database driven site(repost)

I am in need of a database driven website with similar esthetics and categories as [[url removed, login to view]][1] but the functions of <[url removed, login to view]> I will need an Admin section where I will be able to Add/Edit/Delete categories. Site must contain the following categories: travel, restaurants, hotels, Classifieds, recreation, real estate, night life, Beauty guide, visitor’s information, Maps/directions and the ability for me to add addition categories as needs be. Each category must have the function where I can upload a small image of the restaurant and have a description below.

(Within each category I will need the ability to display an image and description of the given item ( for example the restaurant category I want the ability to show the restaurant’s menu in a pdf format, location, direction, and telephone.)

In the real estate category the ability for users to register for an account, upload photos, and write description for a property that is for sale.

I also need the ability to mange and implement advertising campaign on each page in all categories,

Within the classifieds section there need to be subcategories (job postings, merchandise for sale, etc,)

I will also need a forum where messages and information can be posted. I will also like to implement a shopping cart to the site.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
