Cross Domain Proxy via Apache and Javascript

The idea is that I want to extract data via frame and then use that data to redirect the user. This has to be done on client side.

I have found that this can be done by using mod_proxy in Apache. I want someone to build the application for me.

I also have an example from another site using the same strategy (maybe a different method). Ultimately I need an expert JavaScript programmer.
