Banner Management

I have a Joomla site with roughly 75 pages. I need someone who is an expert in installing joomla based extentions to intergrate a banner management system into my site that will allow me to easily place, rotate and manage affliliate banners of various sizes and hoplinks throughout my website without having to deal with coding. I have found "out of the box" joomla banner management systems that I have considered. I am also open to suggestions if they are within budget and reason. Bidder must have a portfolio that shows they have mastered and accomplished this kind of work. After installation, I will require training on the new banner management system.
