I'd like to develop betme2012.com. Visitors to the site will be able to bet (against the house (website)) that catastrophic events will occur on December 21, 2012 as predicted by the mayan calendar. Payments for bets will be taken through paypal or credit card via a third party secure server. The customer will receive a certificate of wager via mail after placing the wager. All aspects of the job must be developped including ground-up site design and construction.
