Capture Desktop Video and streming

? I need a way for somebody to view the desktop activity of another person’s computer.? In other words, If you were monitoring me, I would log in and keep the browser window open where the application will run.?

You will be able to log in and see exactly what I am doing on my screen as if you were watching a video of my screen activity.

Nothing should be stored or saved on server. This is simply to view real time screen activity. It needs to run continuously.

I think this can be done with a signed Java applet. But any kind of suggestion is accepted as far as the functionality is performed. This will be integrated with a PHP application.

This module will be integrated in a website used for managing employees timesheet. The purpose is that once an employee is clocked in and working. Admin can view the activity of the employee until he clocks out. So admin can see whats the employee doing in reported time.?
