Check software code on uniiqueness

I have outsourced a project where a script is being cloned and this script, the code, needs to be checked if it is not duplicated, or just copied.

With other words, the code needs to to be checked on uniqueness.

Reason is that I am going to sell it and I dont want any copyright infringements, once I start selling.

So if you are an excellent code checker on duplication / uniqueness, then please let me hear your bid :)

Job starts within 1-3 weeks, if all goes as planned.
