Display our web application on other websites

We have an application that displays foreclosure real estate (property) information.

The application is currently protected by some custom PHP and given access by Digital Access Pass. Which is a Membership script plugin for Wordpress. [url removed, login to view]

We would like to be able to allow authorized websites to display our application on their website.

We would also like to keep the user databases different. So we can keep track of their users and our users.

Please no generic questions. Please have specific questions about the functionality of the program that you need clarification on.

I can give a sample access to programmers that have a good rating.
