Cardio Circuit [url removed, login to view] is a fitness website which users will log in and chart their fat loss, calorie intake, food diary and database(which would have several nutritional categories and calculate calorie/fat/protein and carbohydrate daily/weekly/monthly totals) fitness goals and numerous other fitness categories. Online fitness training will be available as will an exercise-wiki of over 90 different exercises for demonstration(already compiled and constructed so do not include this in your bid) and a daily pop up fitness trainer(maybe, depending on cost).

## Deliverables

If I haven't been clear enough, the program is a two part program. The end user can purchase a membership to the website or can purchase a desktop version of the software(which uses certain info from the website). The website would have a repeating fee format but the software would be a single purchase and download. All fitness information can be accumulated via RSS feeds, and training programs can be compiled through fitness coaches or trainers and are not necessarily needed from the programmer.
