Building fully managet CoD 4 dedicated server with DB users and statistics in web site

I provide root access to VPS game server, access to web site and importing statistics from the game into the site. The aim is to build a fully manage dedicated server (with some rcon or other) with user registration and exporting statistic in DB. After that site build on joomla should visualize those DB statistics and users in various charts. For examples - all users, killings, deaths, wins, various weapons and ect. The game exports its statistics in log file, log file should be exported in database and then exported again in joomla's site database.
