Hello. i want to open a calling card service like.. when some1 calls the 1800 number it goes to our computers and prompts for the pin number on the card. If the pin is correct it lets the user enter in a number they would like to cal. and then forwards them to our online t3 servers and over the internet relays their phone connection to our t3 servers in another country in which we have 50 open phone lines and then the caller will be forwarded to whomever they wish to call.

any operating system, it does not matter. But i really like nt or 2k if its possible
