We have an existing web site? which will assist the contractor and a detailed specification.
Some content well be provide the? we will add more content after the? project is completed.
Themes and templates are defined but they are not critical? as they could be changed latter.
All media is available and ten days for construction has been allowed.? ?

This request for a proposal is for the design and construction of a WordPress Blog and web site promoting a Holiday Apartment located on the far North Coast of NSW Australia.
The completed site will be uploaded to the hosting server [details will be provided when required]
Any suggestions or recommendations from contractors would be appreciated concerning design, functionality or technical issues would be appreciated
## 2.? ? ? ? ? Extent and purpose of this contract
The contractor is expected to design and build the site taking into consideration the instructions provided.
When the contract is completed the client will have a WordPress Web Site Including Blog which he will be able to self manage. That management will include adding pages, tags, links, and categories in the Blog.
The successful contractor will also be given the first opportunity to further develop the site as required.
