Convert my HTML template to a PrestaShop Template

Please check the attached zip file. It contains an HTML prototype for an eCommerce site. I need this model to be adapted as a fully functional prestashop template. Please send along your bid examples of previous presta shop work. Please notice that the deliverables must be a 100% fully functional prestashop template, so before we accept the work as done, you need to provide a testing prestashop site with the template working correctly.
