1. create a AMI in AWS based on Ubunto

2. install VNC

3. install a Virtual Machine (virtual box or anything alike) which will run windows server2015

4. open tcp ports both on VM and in Windows Server 2015 and in the Abunto

5. adjust AWS for different size of cpu usage

6. set the VNC and VM to auto start (with windows as well) when AWS instance is lunch
