Convert Simple VB6 Class to VB.Net Class.

I need the following Class File to be converted into a VB.Net class file that i can import into my solution. The code was provided to us by the software vendor. The class takes an array of binary data and converts it into an image. Please convert the code to allow me to pass in a Byte array and it will allow me to get a VB.NET compatible image that can be either written to a file or written to a stream in asp.net.
