I have outlined below the guidelines that should be followed in this project.

2.4 How can HR metrics help develop effective hr plan.
3. Complete write up on HR Predictive metrics/analytics for Human Resources. (minimum 5000 words)
4. How can we predict success using HR metrics, please include examples of corporate success and failure when HR metrics were used effectively and also corporate examples when HR metrics were not used or used ineffectively. (minimum 10,000 words)
5. How can hr metrics used to identify and measure talent? (minimum 5000 words)
6. What is the HR Dashboard and what are the essentials required to build one. (minimum 5000 words)
7. What is meant by the term benchmarking and why is it important in human resources management? (minimum 5000 words)
8. List of HR metrics with detailed formulas, the objective of each metric and examples of how each can be used. (minimum 20,000 words)
9. Why should and how can government mandate the application of HR metrics on SMEs and large corporations. (minimum 7,500 words)
The project should be min 72,500 words as per the minimum specified in the sections above.
