Building plans for replacing section of load bearing wall by 8 foot beam

I need the building plans for the following project. The calculations are already done. I just need a document approved by an engineer or architect so I can obtain a permit from the municipality.
I need to replace an 8 foot segment of a load bearing wall by a beam and two columns at each end.
The wall to replace is in the basement of a two story house and is built with standard 2 x 4 studs.
The total span of the joists supported by the wall is 24'.
The bottom plate of the wall rests on a concrete footing 24" wide and 10" deep. The slab was poured after the wall was built. The bottom plate of the wall is therefore embedded in the poured concrete slab.
The wall will be removed but the bottom plate will remain since it is embedded in the slab.
The 8 foot section of the wall will be replaced by a beam composed of 2 plies of Versa-Lam 2.0E LVL 1 3/4" x 9 1/2" beams screwed together and supported by 2 Versa-Lam 1.8E 3 1/2" x 5 1/4" columns (one at each end of the beam).
The 2 plies of the beam are to be screwed together as per manufacturer's specifications.
The ceiling joists will be secured to the beam with screws.
The top of the columns will be screwed to the beam.
The bottom of the columns will be secured with screws to the existing bottom plate of the load bearing wall.
