Zoho Consultant - Long-term

I would like to engage a Zoho One expert as a long-term consultant for our two small solar and electrical businesses in Australia (two Zoho accounts, with only a few users each). I have only been using Zoho for one year so my skills are very basic, and I often have questions about Zoho functionalities or problems/issues I don't know how to resolve. I am also interested in implementing Zoho Sign, API integrations, Zoho Forms and a Telephony solution - but I do not have the expertise or capacity to do these things myself. I have been using a Zoho expert in India to assist me with set-up, customisations and workflows to date, but he has become slow, unreliable and now unresponsive. I need someone who is reliable, has the flexibility to work on and off as needs arise (at short notice / on call), is responsive, works fast, has excellent English, and has the ability to work with me using Google Hangouts, email (and a shared folder on Google Drive, if needed). This will not suit someone who needs a fixed amount of predictable hours.
