On a daily basis, not to exceed 20 hours per week, we will provide you with a variety of tasks to address.
1. Verification that an individual (contact) or organization (account) is in the system. These requests will likely come via forwarded emails from the VP, Sales & Marketing.
2. Accurate data entry may require visiting company websites and LinkedIn (for proper titles)
Cleaning up spreadsheets post trade shows. This may involve web research including LinkedIn.
3. From time to time, we add new fields and will require data to be entered into said fields.
4. Data Management – for example – review an account to ensure all required fields are populated with accurate information. Verification of contacts within the account. Again, this will require web search and Linkedin.
5. Over time, we may ask you to merge fields
