Finish Android Login Application

I currently have an Android application being built that I need someone to finish. There's currently the use of a passcode and fingerprint authentication.
The program authenticates again a JSON response based on the username and password given and allows access or not to the webview with a URL returned form the JSON response. This portion all works right now.
While fingerprint capability is there, I want the user to be able to select if they want to store the fingerprint and passcode and what those values will be.
If the user chooses to store the passcode, I want them to enter the code, confirm the code, and save the response.
If they choose to allow fingerprint access (which is in place already), then when they open the app and go to a page in the app, it'll authenticate against and proceed if authorized.
If they logoff the application, it'll restart the process.
If you have the Dropbox application, Mint, bank, or any modern application will have this same setup.
