tracking app for android

we need an android application with a web interface that it will do the following.

user can register in the system either from the web or from the android device, when he completes the registration an e-mail will be send to his e-mail account for verification,

the user must click on the link to activate his registration.

the application will run on the background of the android device.

When the user taps 2 or 3 times (we will define how many)on the screen then the application on the device will start to transmit its position on the web site and the

position will be displayed on a google map in the web site.

the position and all the information will be send on a specific time interval e.g every 1 minute or every 2 we will define the interval on the app set up.

the mobile application must have a splash screen, a registration screen as we mention before and the ability to take snaps or video from the camera either from

front camera where it exists or from the rear camera this depends upon user preference and selection, the application must upload automatically the pictures

on the web site.

when user opens the android application the application must give hm the opportunity to scan qr code and up load the data to the web site.

each user can have many qr codes

each qr code can belong in one category and only one user

each qr code must have a description

if customer scans the qr code then time and date as well as position will be send automatically to the Web Server , where the customer can view a report .

the application can will have the ability by pressing a button to take a photo or a video and upload it automatically on the Web site.

it will have the ability by pressing another button to send an alert to the Web site.

it will have the ability by pressing a button to work as torch

administrator must be able to add delete edit users

the web site must be connected with PayPal for making the appropriate charges.

when users log in then they will be able to see just their own data

when admin logs in he sees every body data and by selecting one of them then he sees the data of the user he selects.

on the admin we must have a dashboard with the aproriate selections.

we must be enable to see the signals/data that are coming from the devices,

if we have log in as a user we must be able to see just our own signals not all the signals from the mobile devices users on this selection we must be able as admin to see a list of user and to edit, update ,add new, view the user data

also we must be able to set an expiry day, when this day is reached then the system will stop receiving signals from the user/device.

10 or 20 days prior this the system must send notifications to the user to renew the service.

we must select the days that we want to send the notification .

we must be able to select users and send them messages.

for example his personal information , eg name address telno photo etc. and be able to change them.

changing the data an e-mail will be send to the user and a signal must come to the list of the administrator for approval, when the administrator approves the

change then a second e-mail will be send to the end user notifying him that the change has been approved by admin.

billing the system must be able to make charges over the paypal.

web application must have all typical pages for user information and the connection log in button so the user or admin to log in.

administrator must be able to select and see the history of each user

important parameter is that the device only when it is taped or shaken then it will open the 3g and gps and send the messages , also we would like to

know the status of the battery in each device from the web site.

web site must be done in php and we can discus about the language you are going to use for the application, google play download

we require all the source code from both the website and the mobile application.
