gps tracking system on android mobile phone we will need an application that will run on background on an android device and when the user taps 2 or 3 times (we will define how many) the screen then the application on the phone will start to transmit the position on a web site. on a web site and display the position on a google map. the mobile application must have a splash screen a registration screen where te user will register and the ability to take snaps shots from the camera either front or back user can select this on the web site and upload the picture to the web site. also if the user from the web site gets the alarm in the alarm list then he will be able to take a photo with the click of the button from any camera he selects (front or back) or a video and upload it automaticaly to the web site. on the web site on the web site we must have 2 options at the login user log in admin log in both must have the ability to retrive the password. on the admin we must have a dashbord with all the apropricate selections. signals in this section we must be eable to see the signals that are comming from the mobile phones, users on this selection we must be able as admin to see a list of user and to edit, update ,addnew, view the user data also we must be able to set an expiry day, when this day is reached then the system will stop receiving sugnals from the user/device. 10 or 20 days prior this the system must send notifications to the user to renew the service. we must select the days that we want to send the notification . we must be able to select users and send them messages. when we log in as user we will be able to see only this speific users data for example his personal information , eg name address telno photo etc. and be able to change them. changing the data an e-mail will be send to the user and a signal must come to the list of the administrator for aproval, when the administrator aproves the change then a second e-mail will be send to the end user notifining him that the change has been aproved by admin. billing the system must be able to make charges over the paypal. web aplication must have all typical pages for user information and the conection log in button so the user or admin to log in. administrator must be able to select and see the history of each user and each user must be able to see his device history. important parameter is that the divice when it is taped or shaken then it will open the 3g and gps and send the messages , also we would like to know the status of the battery in each device. web site must be done in php, we require all the source code from both the website and the mobile application. wating for your bids
