Ebay Store Template Designer Software Needed

I would like someone to create an Ebay Store Template software that would create Ebay Store templates in HTML.? I want the same quality as those on? <[url removed, login to view]>?

Essentially this will be a bunch of templates for different kinds of stores such as jewelry, antiques, etc.

If you can do this kind of software we can discuss what kind of stores to do, so the job won't be so hard. We can just work on say jewelry stores. You can develop the software in any language.
