Automated Domain Registration App

I am in need of a program that will quickly snatch-up domain names when they expire. Preferably, sending inquiries to a server to determine when the domain becomes available, and auto registering it with a well known registrant. Also, it needs to be quick enough to compete with registrant back-ordering services.
