Flash Chapter Loader/Controller

We need a Flash controller that allows users to slide around a flash movie space. There are three major components to the controller: 1. a slider that will allow users to physically move around the visible movie space, 2. links that will allow users to jump to “chapters?? of the Flash movie, 3. a loading and preloading mechanism to manage the viewer experience. Specifications - - The movie container is 1000px wide x 550px high. 1000px by 100px of the movie container will be allocated to the controller. We will build the loading animations and main Flash movies and integrate your controller and loading/preloading code into it. To deliver a finished product, you will need to develop “test?? chapters to demonstrate adequate functionality. These “test?? chapters should each exceed 300kilobytes so that we can see the preloading functionality work. We also require the original .fla files to be delivered for everything you develop. We will provide sample pre-loaders for you to use. The Flash controller should be compatible with Flash 9 and can be developed using ActionScript 3. See Attached Spec.
