Dear vworkers,
this is what i want:
Type of platform
1) online system. Mobile version (CMS with Control panel for Super Admin and Admin, user login), HTML5 to fit all mobile [login to view URL] as iPad. Andriod tablet pc.
Function
1) Super Admin (only one) can create different type of forms for user to use.
2) The email address can be used as login ID and it will be used for Auto-Email notification when there is any activity which relates to the user.
3) All type of users must be login using login name and password
Forms
1) User A can choose from the list of forms (created by Super Admin) and use it.
2) User A can fill in the boxes on the form, the other users which are ticked by user A, can see what User A has type in the boxes immediately.
Signature on Form
- After User A finished filled out the form, User A can sign his name using the touch screen on their iPad, Android tablet, Mobile phone etc.
- After User A finished all, he can send the forms to other users in his ticked list.
- Other users (e.g. User B,C,D) can open the form in their inbox and add their signature on the form. But they cannot change the content of the form signed by User A. They can only add comment next to boxes (show in different colour).
- User B added his signature on the form, then he can send the form to other users.
- So on
Date and Time, and Location (GPS)
- All activity should be saved in the LOG section, where it shows the date and time
- GPS location can be recorded when User signing the form. This function is optional, activated by user.
