Replace standard tooltip to enlarge an image over frames. This applet should not require a reboot or any strange install things. Requirements are as follows:

1. Display image in some kind of window above any frame window.

2. Auto install and compatible with Netscape and IE.

3. Auto close after X amount of seconds.

5. Parameter passing for image to display for every object.

6. It would also like to have some kind of security so that other developers could not use this applet without a license key of some kind.

7. It would be nice to pass html instead of just an image.

8. Customizable time setting to fade in and out or some other type animation. ??" NOT REQUIRED

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
