perfect paper passwords implementation

I would like to secure the login to my server using the perfect paper passwords system described at <[url removed, login to view]> I will provide the coder with my server's login credentials, and the coder will install software that allows login only with both a standard password and a temporary paper password, and send me an initial page of temporary passwords. Open-source code, which may require few if any modifications for this project, is available at <[url removed, login to view]>

Additional requirements:

There will be a mechanism to generate new passwords before current passwords are used up, and have these new passwords delivered via an SSL connection for printing. Upon supplying the standard password and temporary paper password, I will have full access to the server desktop, not merely access to a command shell. If the solution requires the use of remote desktop software that does not provide its own encryption (e.g., RealVNC), the coder should provide instructions for creating a secure tunnel for the entire path from client to server.

The system must work with a Windows client, and ideally an Ubuntu virtual private server. I am willing to switch to a dedicated server or Windows server should that be necessary for this project. Please specify the type of server on which your solution would run and whether it would be compatible with a type of remote desktop software that provides its own encryption.
