This is a relatively simple task for the worker who knows what he/she is doing. Functionality and simplicity (rather than aesthetics or complex 2.0 concepts) are the focus.
As stated above, I require a page with a login-enabled private blogging functionality, as well as a home page which would link to it.
As this is not a ground-breaking concept, there are a number of site models/examples which shall be available to the worker throughout the course of work.
The possibility of further web projects at an attractive rate and flexible schedule will be open to those who communicate well and deliver a good job.

Additional Information:
* Deliverables to be developed and tested in the worker's own environment.
* Bidders with specific questions/an intelligent, can-do attitude will be favored holding all other factors constant.
* As this is a 'standard' job on its own, value-adding (whilst not required) by the worker will be recognized and possibly compensated for.
