Oracle 10g application and report

Hello, I am looking for any coder who needs to develope database in Oracal 10g. I don't need any interface for that.? A database that use atleast 6 triggers and some queries.

All i need to develop any database of your own choice of application and write a report? about 4000 to 5000 words, which include? advance security features in oracle 10g and comparsion between
