Printing Company website + Online Design Studio

I need an e-commerce website to sell printing product with the Online Design option. I have three samples that I like to make something similar to them. I have some ideas about program and the way it needs to work. I rather to work with people who they have done similar website but if you think you can do it proof it. I don't have that much time on this project and need it at maximum in 20 days, working. The graphic design is very important for me. I like to have something nice and catch, white background and simple.
