Site Maintenance & Improvements

I am in the final stages of completing my website and require maintenance and small improvements on an ongoing basis. The site is raw and requires some minor improvements.

## Deliverables

This will be a long term relationship between us and as the site grows the fee can be revised to reflect the amount of work and the amount of traffic to the site. The current improvements that I need are:

1. Improvement of design? on the site?

2. General improvements to the site.

I would estimate the work to be currently about 10-15 hours a month. ? Good design and PHP programming is required.
