Repair Facebook application issues and php site including database

I have an installed facebook application that needs some help. It's not working the way I'd like it to. We are using fb connect to login, which works, however the application isn't completely native to facebook. It's toggling back/forth to the live website.

The live website was written in an unknown framework, it's php, using heavy database coding. Need an expert php programmer that also has experience with facebook applications. The site is up and running at about 90% of what I need it to do. A rockstar programmer should be able to analyze the project in several hours, then finish it within a few weeks.

We'll handle most of the graphic design work. The UI is working fine and looks good. Again, we are looking for someone to review the site code problems and correct. As well as the facebook application.
