Weight Loss/Gain Software

Hello coders. I want a software related to weight Loss/gain. This software will allow the user to enter his weight(daily/weekly/Monthly), Food details etc. I want to show the graph i.e weight/time(daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), generate report and some interesting features. If you already have the code then it will be very nice.
