Configure an instance of an existing Salesforce platform

Looking for a Salesforce developer who can configure a new salesforce platform out of an existing platform. Need to build a wordpress website for health and well being company to fit into the salesforce platform. Salesforce instance is to be built on partner portal and needs to cover following areas - customer database, website integration, billing & invoicing and content generation.
The project is estimated to take 20 to 30 hrs of work weekly and might last for a couple of months.
