Create Web-based Job Tracking App

We have an existing Web-based Job Tracking application which is no longer supported. We would like to re-create this application and host it on our hosting server ([url removed, login to view])

Some features we will need to modify/add:

- Add Job Completion Date and use that to mark job closed. Drop down calendar to select dates

- Job creation page should allow user to browse GDrive folders and select associated folder for that job

- File Upload should be linked to our Google Drive account with ability for user to choose the right sub-folder for the job in Google Drive

- Job Details page should show thumbnails of files in relevant GDrive folder (.jpg, .pdf, .xls, .doc)

- Start / Finish dates should be reflected in our Google shared Jobs-Calendar

- Job Value Based Filters should work and allow user to input threshold job-value &/or date range to filter jobs

- Ability to download entire database as Excel file for backup

- User Administration (Add, Delete, Password manage etc.)

You will need to upload our existing data to the ap you create, once it is ready to use.

You are free to recommend the most suited application/platform to accomplish this as long as it is available on our hosting server or write a script for GoogleDrive.

We will provide screen-shots of our existing application once we have your contact and seen some of your work of similar nature.
