I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Time Sheet Management System that will enable me to track the hours worked by my employees. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing similar systems and be able to deliver quality work within the set timeframe.
Main Purpose: The main purpose of the system is to track employee hours.
I am pleased to present our proposal for the implementation of an automated mobile/web application for time sheet automation within our organization. This application will greatly simplify the process of updating time sheets by our employees and provide real-time visibility into Employees productivity/ Project progress for Division heads / management.
The proposed application will begin by registering all projects and employees within our system, allowing us to easily assign projects to the appropriate Employees. Employees will then be able to update their time sheets through the user-friendly interface, eliminating the need for cumbersome email exchanges and notifications. Furthermore, the system will send reminders to employees to update their time sheets and alerts to management if an update is missed.
Centralized access will be provided to management, allowing them to view progress on all
employees in real-time. Customized reports can be generated and downloaded in the
prescribed format without the need for follow-up.
Specific Requirements:
Register Projects ( Project Code, Project Details, Proj Starting Date, Proj Ending Date
Register Employees ( Name, Address, Designation,Date of Joining, Time Sheet Format Report)
Timesheet (Project, Employee selected in multiple projects, timelines , current status, intime, outtime,assigned head etc)
Need the Webapplication + Mobile App(Android & IOS -Hybrid app)
Custom Reports
Notification Alerts
Email Notification on missing Timesheet updates
Top Priority Features: Mobile app access is a top priority feature. The system should also be able to generate customizable reports and integrate with accounting software.
